There are many reasons for choosing to sell your home – up-sizing, down-sizing, relocation, investments, etc.   Whatever your needs, our experienced CREG agents will guide you through the process, laying out all options, and allowing you to make the decisions to maximize your financial outcomes and move you to your next steps. 

Key Elements of the Selling Process

Onsite property review and walk-through with seller(s) to assess features of the property that will affect pricing and determine competitive market analysis.

Review and sign Listing/Broker Representation Agreement, as well as relevant addenda and disclosures.

Seller(s) and Agent to review, discuss and view (if possible) comparable properties to determine pricing and marketing strategy.

First impressions are important, Your CREG agent will work with you to determine improvements and/or staging needs prior to listing.  will coordinate to schedule professional photography and manage the input of relevant MLS data.

Seller(s) and Agent to determine timeline for listing in MLS.  Prior to going active, Seller(s) to complete the required Seller Disclosure Notice and other related disclosure documents.

SHOWINGS!  As part of our planning strategy, your needs in arranging showings of your property will be key.  We will determine what will work best for you and market as needed.

Once an offer(s) are received, your CREG agent will confirm mortgage lending strength of the buyer and other details prior to presenting to you for review/discussion of the terms and acceptance or counteroffer.

Your CREG agent, along with the Title company, will guide you through the various elements of the closing process. While many of the milestones fall upon the buyer such as Option Period, Inspections, Survey, and Appraisal, your CREG agent will keep you informed of the progress so you may coordinate your next steps.

Your responsibility as a seller will be to facilitate any repairs agreed upon by contract, arrange for your own move-out, cleaning and utility disconnections in preparation for final walk through and closing. Any instructions and documentation related to home systems and appliance should also be prepared for transfer to the buyers.
